The role of "SSG" in current situation (as promised on the previous channel)-

SSG is the premier special operations Force of Pakistan Tri-Services. They have come to relevance in current J&K terror network after several reports indicated their involvement in reviving precision hit and run terror attacks throughout the state.

But the truth as always is complex.

SSG's only direct involvement is during advanced training (survival & evasion, weapon handling, comms& explosive trg etc) and advisory to handlers or at most... BAT teams [All confirmed by various reputed sources].

Overt presence of "serving" Pakistani commandos is a very high risk activity as being caught/killed will lead to conventional escalation by India and multitudes of global implications will also follow.

To circumvent the same ISI has utilized their paramilitary covert group (my speculation)

This is a group of soldiers who by design conduct operations in denied areas like raising and leading multiple armed militant groups WITH plausible deniability.

Most of the soldiers that form this cadre are ex-SSG or ex-NLI with the required skillset (wpn, comms, language, cultural knowledge, surveillance and survival-escape-evasion)

A few of these soldier per AOR(Area Of Responsibility) along with local liason and OGW network backing UNDER the oversight of ISI can (and has) cause(d) catastrophic damage especially in areas like J&K.

I will focus on posting SF content but will occasionally brief on COIN operations taking place in J&K
